The advertised up to 300Mbps figure is the maximum IEEE 802.11n wireless physical-layer link rate. It is not a guaranteed internet speed or file-transfer throughput. Actual wireless throughput will be lower and varies with distance, interference, obstacles, alignment, network traffic and other environmental factors.

Important Ethernet Speed Note

Each EAP100-Bridge has three 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet ports. The ports are not Gigabit Ethernet. A single wired Ethernet connection through the bridge is therefore limited by its Fast Ethernet interface as well as normal networking overhead.
