2. Do I need a BIOS update for Ryzen 5000 chips?

Boards made after mid-2021 ship with BIOS P1.60+; earlier stock may need a quick USB BIOS flash before installing 5600/5800 CPUs.

3. What’s the maximum RAM capacity and speed?

Two DIMM slots accept up to 64 GB DDR4; Ryzen 5000 APUs reach DDR4-4733 (OC), while JEDEC default is 3200 MHz.

4. Does it have an NVMe M.2 slot?

Yes—one Ultra M.2 (PCIe 3.0 ×4 or SATA 6 Gb/s) slot with up to 32 Gb/s bandwidth.

5. Can I use a PCIe 4.0 SSD or GPU?

They work but run at PCIe 3.0 speeds; the A520 chipset has no Gen 4 lanes.
