Description
DeepCool AG400 Black ARGB V2 CPU Air Cooler – Single Tower, 120mm ARGB PWM Fan, 4× Direct-Touch Heatpipes (Intel LGA1851/1700, AMD AM5/AM4)
The DeepCool AG400 Black ARGB V2 is a high-performance single-tower CPU air cooler built for modern Intel and AMD systems, combining efficient heat dissipation with clean, customisable lighting. Its dense aluminium fin stack and 4× Ø6mm direct-touch copper heatpipes are designed to pull heat away from the CPU quickly, helping maintain stable performance in gaming and productivity workloads.
A fine-tuned 120mm ARGB PWM fan delivers strong cooling when your CPU is under load and can slow down for quieter operation at idle. Lighting connects via a standard 3-pin 5V ARGB (D-G) header for motherboard sync, while the fan uses a 4-pin PWM connector for automatic speed control.
Key features
- All-black design + ARGB top cover with DeepCool’s signature matrix fin stack look

FAQ: Frequently Asked Questions
DeepCool AG400 Black ARGB V2 — FAQ
Which CPU sockets are supported?
Intel LGA1851 / 1700 / 1200 / 115x and AMD AM5 / AM4 (mounting kit included).
What are the cooler dimensions and case-fit?
Approx. 125 × 92 × 150 mm (L × W × H). Ensure your case supports at least 150 mm CPU cooler height.
How loud is it and what’s the airflow?
120 mm PWM fan up to 500–2000 RPM, delivering up to 75.89 CFM at ≤31.6 dB(A); static pressure up to 2.53 mmH₂O.
Does it have good RAM clearance?
Yes — single-tower design with a slim 120 mm fan gives full RAM clearance on most motherboards.
ARGB details — how do I connect lighting?
Uses 5 V 3-pin ARGB (addressable) connector; syncs with motherboard software (ASUS Aura, MSI Mystic Light, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, ASRock Polychrome) when available.
What comes in the box?
AG400 heatsink, pre-installed 120 mm PWM ARGB fan, Intel & AMD brackets, thermal compound, and documentation.
How many heatpipes and what’s the build?
Four 6 mm direct-touch copper heatpipes with a dense aluminum fin stack.
Is installation easy?
Yes — straightforward bracket system; you can install with the fan already attached and then plug in PWM/ARGB leads.
Is 220 W class cooling realistic for this cooler?
DeepCool rates AG400-series coolers up to ~220 W class in marketing literature; real results depend on your CPU load, case airflow and ambient temps.
Fan/power connectors?
4-pin PWM fan (12 V) for speed control + separate 5 V 3-pin ARGB for lighting.
