AMD Ryzen™ Threadripper™ PRO 9000 WX and 7000 WX series (socket sTR5) on the AMD WRX90 chipset.
What memory does it take? UDIMM or RDIMM? Max capacity?
DDR5 ECC Registered (RDIMM/RDIMM-3DS) only — eight-channel across 8× DIMM slots, up to 2 TB; supports high JEDEC/OC speeds (up to 7600+ OC depending on modules/CPU). UDIMM isn’t supported. 
How many PCIe slots and which speeds?
7 × PCIe 5.0 x16 physical slots. According to ASRock, PCIE1/2/3/4/5/7 run at x16 while PCIE6 runs at x8 (lane allocation depends on CPU). Great for multi-GPU, accelerators, and high-bandwidth I/O cards. 
M.2 and server-grade storage connectors?
