The ARCTIC MX Cleaner is a purpose-made set of 40 individually packaged cleaning wipes designed to remove old thermal paste quickly and cleanly from CPUs, heatsinks and GPU coolers. If you’re repasting a processor, rebuilding a PC, or changing a cooler, these wipes help you get a spotless contact surface for better thermal performance.

What are they and what do they remove?

Do they smell like citrus?
Yes — the product uses natural citrus limonene. Scent may be noticeable but dissipates; ARCTIC does not add masking fragrances. 
How do these compare to isopropyl alcohol (IPA)?
Limonene wipes are purpose-formulated to lift paste and pad residue with minimal smearing. IPA also works, but these pre-saturated wipes are convenient and biodegradable. (Personal preferences vary.)
